Last Friday the Stockton Lady Tigers were on the road to Osborne where they were defeated by the Lady Bulldogs 71-44 to fall to 3-14 on the season. The Lady Tigers trailed 20-8 after the first quarter and were down 32-17 at halftime. Stockton came out strong in the third period and outscored their opponents 17-15, but could only muster 10 points in the final eight minutes, resulting in the 27-point loss.
The Stockton Junior High Tigers hosted a round robin last Thursday with Ellis, Hoxie, Smith Center and the host Tigers competing. The only Tiger to go undefeated on the night was Carolina Northup, who went 2-0, defeating her opponents from Hoxie and Smith Center.

Stockton freshman Ashlyn Hahn pinned her way to a first-place finish last Saturday at the 2022 Panther Classic held in Phillipsburg. Hahn, who owns an impressive record of 27-4 on the season, defeated Hannah Crathorne of Great Bend, Kaleigh McFee of Atwood-Rawlins Co., and Sabrina Todd of Norton. Also placing at the Classic were Rivver Long and Raven Long who finished third and fourth, respectively.
Last Saturday three members of the Stockton Tigers Boys Wrestling Team, Emerson Lowry, Zach Young, and Ryan Mongeau, traveled to Phillipsburg where they competed in the Panther Classic. Results of their action on the day is as follows: 126—Emerson Lowry (9-13) place is unknown and scored 0.0 team points.
The Stockton Lady Tigers were on the road for last week’s basketball action, falling to the Lady Railers in Ellis on Tuesday by the score of 59-41, and then being defeated on Friday at Hoxie, 65-37.
The Stockton Junior High Tiger Wrestling season got underway on January 20 when Stockton traveled to Plainville. On the 27th the Tigers were in Oberlin, and last week the grapplers were on the road to Hoxie.
