Body Cecelia Anette (Post) Anissy, 77, formerly of Plainville, passed away peacefully on July 4, 2026, at NorthCare Hospice House in Kansas City, Missouri.She was born on November 28, 1948, in Russell, Kansas, to Doyle and Lauretta (Weldon) Post.
