The Stockton City Commission met on Tuesday, August 18th, with the first order of business being the approval of the Consent Agenda, which included the Solomon Valley Manor gross payroll for $72,610.90, the Solomon Valley Manor warrants for $70,867.26, the City of Stockton warrants for $202,382.
