So real, I could possibly eat my weight in tacos or a giant bowl of ice cream. All in all, it's been a Sunday full of farm life, naps, and a whole lot of 'I'm hungry.' This year's area fall harvest is seeing record- breaking yields for milo, corn, and beans, with more still to be harvested. As of Monday, November 17th, the totals taken in at the Stockton Farmers Union Elevator are at 521,000 bushels of milo; 63,000 bushels of beans; and 461,000 bushels of corn.

The Kansas Department of Transportation announced the approval of bids for state highway construction and maintenance projects on Wednesday, November 12. The letting took place on October 22, 2025, in Topeka.
