What's Happening

The Sentinel will proudly feature the Stockton High School Class of 2025 in our annual graduation edition, which will be published in the May 8th issue. We still have a few seniors who need sponsors.

With the school year swiftly coming to an end, a flurry of activities and events will be held, with Prom one of the most anticipated for the high school students. This year, the theme is Enchanted Garden, with the location at Stockton City Hall (115 South Walnut).

The Rooks County Golf Membership Drive will be held on Saturday, April 19th. The family fun starts at 2:30 p.m.

The Stockton Grade School will hold its Preschool Child Find and Enrollment this Friday, April 11th, for 3-year-old and 4-year-old preschool services. The school offers programs for all children aged three and four for the upcoming school year.

The menus for the week beginning Monday, April 7, are as follows: Monday— Smothered chicken, parslied potatoes, green beans, bread, mandarin oranges. Tuesday—Chili, crackers, cinnamon roll, tropical fruit. Wednesday— Meatballs, bed of rice, peas and carrots, strawberries and bananas, brownie.

Write a “Letter to the Editor” Week of April 7 Breakfast Monday—Mini waffle, tropical fruit, juice, milk. Tuesday—Cereal, toast, fresh banana, juice, milk.
