Everyone is invited to the Christmas Movie Fundraiser at the historic Nova Theatre in Stockton this Thursday, December 12th, to enjoy the movie “A Christmas Story” this holiday season. There will be two FREE showings of the movie at 2:00 p.m.

The much-anticipated Christmas feature, Santa’s ‘Deer Ones, will appear in next week’s issue of the Sentinel. Don’t forget to purchase a paper on Wednesday morning from our news rack located in front of the Sentinel, or at one of our drop-off locations: Dollar General, J-Mart, and Websters in Stockton, and Plainville Short Stop, Mr. K’s Food Town, and Midwest Family Health in Plainville!

Everyone is invited to the Farmers National Bank’s Holiday Open House in Stockton on Monday, December 16th. The event will be held from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with snacks and refreshments served throughout the day.

It’s time for the Holiday Mall at Stockton City Hall (115 South Walnut) this Saturday, December 7th. The doors will be open from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. This is the twelfth year for this craft extravaganza, with many vendors assembled in one room for people to start or finish their Christmas shopping.

The family of Bob and Jean Lindsey request a Card Shower in honor of their 70th Wedding Anniversary. Bob and Jean were married on November 6, 1954.
