The Tiger Ambush Powerlifting Team performed well at the Trego Golden Eagle Powerlifting Meet held last Saturday in WaKeeney. A total of 25 teams, consisting of 270 athletes, competed at the event.

Ashlyn Hahn and Carolina Northup were both medalists at the KSHSAA Girls 4-1A State Wrestling Championships held last Wednesday and Thursday at the Salina-Tony’s Pizza Events Center in Salina. Hahn, a sophomore who wrestled in the 120lb.

In their final games of the regular season, the Stockton Tigers girls’ and boys’ basketball teams were defeated by the Phillipsburg Panthers in a Mid-Continent League match-up.

Class 1A Div. II Substate basketball action began last week for the Stockton Tigers with the girls playing their quarterfinal game against Thunder Ridge at Kensington on Thursday night, and the Tiger Boys traveling to Beloit for their contest with St. John’s/Tipton on Friday.
