Place 2nd at Logan Invitational.

The RoCo Softball Team was on the road to Hays last Tuesday to face the TMP Lady Monarchs. TMP’s pitching held RoCo’s bats at bay, allowing just three total runs in both games for the Cardinal girls. RoCo fell 13-3 in the first game, and 16-0 in game number two.

Last Friday the Stockton Tiger Track Team traveled to Mankato for the Grizzly Invitational held at Rock Hills High School. It was a very competitive meet with the Stockton girls finishing in the middle of the pack.

Last week was a busy one for the RoCo Softball girls as they played three doubleheaders in four days, all on the road. On Tuesday, they were in Belleville to take on Republic County, falling 18-7 and 18-17.

The Stockton High School Track Team was in Quinter last Friday to compete in the Quinter Invitational. Sophomore Ava Dix was the highest placer for the Tigers, finishing second in the 200 Meter Dash with a time of 27.89.
