The Plainville High School track teams competed on their home track Tuesday, April 21, hosting the Plainville Invitational and turning in a number of strong performances across both the girls and boys divisions.

The Palco Roosters traveled to Osborne last Friday to compete in the Kaser Relays. On the boys side, Colton Acheson led the way with a fourthplace finish in the discus, recording a throw of 116’8”.

The Stockton High School track teams competed Friday at the Kaser Relays in Osborne, turning in several strong individual performances against a competitive field. As a team, the Lady Tigers placed fifth with 27 points, while the Stockton boys tied for ninth with 17 points.

Battling chilly temperatures and strong winds, the Stockton High School track teams competed at the Hill City Invitational last Friday against a large and competitive field that included 20 boys teams and 19 girls teams.

The Palco Junior High Roosters competed at the Stockton Junior High Invitational last Tuesday, earning several top finishes against area competition. Leading the way for the Roosters was Braydon Wright, who claimed first place in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:57.37.
