The Plainville-Stockton Lady Cardinals softball team kicked off the 2026 season on March 31, traveling to Russell for their season opener. Under the direction of coaches Brianna Augustine and Jess Beesley, the Lady Cardinals bring together a 17-player roster featuring athletes from both Plainville and Stockton.

The Stockton Junior High track team will kick off its 2026 season on Thursday, April 9, traveling to Downs for the Lakeside Meet, which is scheduled to begin at 9:30 a.m. Coaches Jessica Billinger, Jen Kesler, and Troy Rogers will lead a strong group of 34 athletes this season, including 12 boys and 22 girls, representing all three junior high grade levels.

The Stockton Tigers track and field team will begin its 2026 season on Friday, April 10, traveling to Hoxie for a meet scheduled to start at 3:00 p.m. Coaches Janet Kuhlmann and Justin Basart will lead a small but competitive squad of eight athletes this spring, including five boys and three girls.
