The Plainville High School baseball team earned a hard-fought doubleheader sweep over Decatur Community High School last Tuesday, May 5, defeating the Red Devils 4-2 in game one before rallying for a dramatic 7-6 walk-off victory in game two.

The Stockton Junior High track teams competed at the Hill City meet last Monday, with the 8th-grade girls turning in a standout performance to place second as a team. Leading the way for the Lady Tigers was Paisley Shamburg, who captured two individual gold medals on the day.
