The Stockton High School track teams traveled to Mankato last Friday to compete in the Grizzly Invitational hosted by Rock Hills High School. The Lady Tigers finished ninth in the team standings with 15 points, while the Stockton boys placed 14th with two points.

The Stockton Junior High School track teams traveled to Plainville on Tuesday to compete in a junior high track meet, with several Tigers earning points in both running and field events. In the 7th-grade boys division, Jefferson Creighton placed sixth in the 100-meter dash, while Treyvonn Clark earned a third-place finish in the long jump.

The Plainville High School baseball team hosted Ellis High School last Friday, dropping both games of a doubleheader by scores of 15-4 and 16-7. The losses moved the Cardinals’ season record to 7-13 heading into postseason play.
