The Stockton Food Pantry will be open next Thursday, July 18th, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

Totus Tuus, “Totally Yours,” is a weeklong summer camp for youth grades K-12 at St. Thomas Parish in Stockton.

Interested in helping plan the Chamber’s community events or volunteering your time? Although these events are still a few months away, the planning starts now. The Chamber needs people to serve on the Pumpkin Patch, Olde Tyme Christmas, and Gala/Awards committees.

Buy some Palisade Peaches, grown by Black Bear Orchard, from the Motion Dance Company pre-Elite and Elite Teams, who are selling them as a fundraiser. The cost is $50.00 for a whole box and $30.00 for a half box—the delivery date is to be announced at the beginning of August.

The Rooks County Historical Society Museum is holding a fundraiser in July for new lights for the facility. Their goal is to raise $12,000.00 for this purpose and other maintenance updates.

The Stockton Sentinel will be closed this Thursday, July 4th, in observance of Independence Day. Due to the holiday falling on a Thursday, local mail subscribers may experience a delay in receiving their printed copy of the Sentinel.
