Marvel studios’ “Shang-Chi * The Legend of the Ten Rings” stars Simu Liu as Shang-Chi, who must confront he past he thought he left behind when he is drawn into the web of the mysterious Ten Rings organization. Also starring Tony Leung, Awkwafina, and Michelle Yeoh.

Tuesday—Oven-baked chicken, potato salad, mandarin oranges, bread, pudding. Wednesday—Turkey ala king, brussels sprouts, biscuit, hot cinnamon pears. Thursday—Taco salad, rice, chips, pineapple. Friday—Baked fish, parslied potatoes, country style tomatoes, bread, applesauce.

The Stockton Recreation Commission will be hosting an Adult Softball Tournament on Saturday, October 16th in Stockton. The cost is $150.00 per team with registration due by Wednesday, October 13th. There will be a two-game guarantee using SRC Adult League/USSSA rules. The teams made up of any combination of guys and gals must all be 18 years of age or older. There will be great concessions and a Home Run Derby.

The 6th annual Webster State Park Car Show is this Saturday, September 18th. The event will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Webster State Park Rock Point, located 9.5 miles west of Stockton. There is free entry at the park that day, so come and enjoy the fun!

It’s almost Homecoming Week and the students are getting ready to pump up the spirit throughout the halls of the schools beginning Monday, September 13th with themes for each day. Monday is Frat/Sorority Dress Up Day with Tuesday to be Country vs. Camo Dress up Day. Wednesday is Pink Out Day and Thursday is Sports Day. Next Friday’s theme is, of course, Blue Out Day!
