Body It’s time once again for the Holiday Mall! This marks the ninth year of this annual event at Stockton City Hall located at 115 South Walnut. The doors will open at 9:00 a.m. and will stay open until 3:00 p.m. So here is your chance to start your Christmas

Body The menus for the week beginning Monday, December 6, are are follows: Monday—Beef fritter, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, bread, mixed fruit. Tuesday—Ham and beans, carrot/ raisin salad, cornbread, pineapple.

Body The Stockton Area Chamber of Commerce, Rudolph and Santa have plenty of Christmas Promotions for our local shoppers this December! The Passport to Shop Stockton Promotion has already begun with the first drawing held on Tuesday, November 30th!

Body The Sacred Heart Home and School is presenting a New Year’s Eve Escape Celebration set for Friday, December 31, 2021 at the Sacred Heart Grade School in Plainville. The doors will open at 5:00 p.m.

Body The menus for the week beginning Monday, November 29, are as follows: Monday—Chicken strips, scalloped potatoes, peas and carrots, bread, rosy pears. Tuesday— Chili, pineapple, crackers, cinnamon roll. Wednesday through Friday’s menu was not made available prior to press time.

Body The Stockton Sentinel will be closed on Wednesday, November 24, and will remain closed through Friday, November 26th, in observance of Thanksgiving.

Body 183 Lanes will close at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 24th and will remain closed through Friday, November 26th for the Thanksgiving holiday.

Body The Stockton Farmers Union Coop will be closing early on Wednesday, November 24th for Thanksgiving. Please place your feed and fuel orders early! (Look for the ad in this week’s edition.).

Body The Stockton PRIDE Christmas Lighting Contest will be held again this year with the judging to take place starting Sunday, December 12th and ending on Saturday, December 20th. So get your outside lights and decorations up now for a chance to win!

Body Stop in and enjoy cookies and hot chocolate during Funky Junky’s Grand Re-Opening at 412 Main Street in Stockton this Friday, November 26th. The event will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. with half-off everything in the entire store!
