Two former Stockton High School graduates, Eleanor Bellerive and Macy Odle, are among the nearly 3,000 students completing degree requirements from Kansas State University in spring 2024. For outstanding academic performance, more than 760 students earned graduation honors.

Six Rooks County students are among the nearly 4,200 Kansas State University students earning semester honors for their academic performance in the spring 2024 semester. Students earning a grade point average for the semester of 3.75 or above on at least 12 graded credit hours receive semester honors along with commendations from their deans.

The 2024 Branson Nationals held July 6-11 in Branson, Mo., were a spectacular success for the Motion Dance Company (MDC) of Stockton! Their dancers impressed with their exceptional performances, bringing home numerous awards. Highlights included the Studio Sportsmanship Award, three Judges Choice Awards, and Payton Keller’s Choreography Award for “Lights Are On.” Saj Snyder earned the National Grand Finals Champion Title with her solo “Anatomy.” The team ended Ruthie Voss’s senior year with a huge success, celebrating many high gold ratings and top placements.
