The Stockton community is mourning the loss of a former resident who tragically died in a vehicle- motorcycle accident this past weekend. According to the Salina County Sheriff's Department, the accident occurred around 6:53 p.m.

Ah, Sunday! The sacred day where we kick things off with church, singing loudly enough to scare away the demons, and pretending we actually understand the sermon without zoning out. Sorry, Pastor Ted! I only zoned out for a minute, and your singing is fine.

Divination is defined as 'the practice of seeking knowledge of the future or the unknown by supernatural means.' Acts 16: 16-18 describes an encounter between Paul and a slave girl possessed by a spirit of divination.

The weeks are flying by, and since fall is my favorite season, I wish things could slow down. I found some small blooms on the lilac bushes. This has happened before, and although tiny, they still smelled wonderful.
