Commissioners sign SPARK resolution

Body At the regular Rooks County Commission meeting held on Tuesday, July 7th, commissioners John Ruder, Corky Hagan and Greg Balthazor signed Resolution 2020-7, which is the COVID-19 relief funds to be dispensed for the entities in Rooks County.

School Board hires three new teachers for coming school year

Body At the Stockton USD 271 Board of Education meeting held on Monday, July 6th, the board members voted to hire Ashley Clune as the 6-12 band teacher, Brooke Wiles as the 8-12 English teacher, and Leta Allen as the school’s business teacher for the 2020-2021 school year.

SHS Seniors: Your photos at the Sentinel may be picked up

Body SHS Seniors who have a graduation photo displayed in the window of the Stockton Sentinel may pick them up on Mondays or Thursdays, from 9:00 to 12:00 and 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. There have been many people who have taken the time to stop at the window and look at this year’s graduates.
