Roadwork planned on more of K-9 in Phillips County

Body The Kansas Department of Transportation began resurfacing work on 18 miles of K-9 in Phillips County Tuesday, July 21. Work will consist of a 1-inch mill and 2-inch overlay beginning at the Norton County line and ending at the U.S.
