Body It would seem that a sure sign of rain is to schedule Rooks County Airport as a stop on the annual Fly Kansas Air Tour. Repeating earlier Fly-ins, the rain put a little bit of a damper on the 2022 stop at Rooks County Regional Airport (RCP) on Friday.
