Body June 2— Stockton Tiger Rylan Basart was crowned state champion in the javelin with Kaelyn Means placing discus state runner- up. Glennace Mowry Kirn, Donald Eugene Bethel, Ruth Ann (Albright) O’Malley, Douglas Wayne Carmichael and Larry “Flash” Samuel Kuhlmann passed away.

Body Five girls and six boys competed in the annual St. Thomas Knights of Columbus Free Throw Contest held at the Stockton High School gymnasium on Sunday afternoon, January 22nd at 1:00 p.m.

Body I expected to wake up Thursday morning, January 12, to rain or snow. Again no such luck. Maybe the best New Year’s resolution needs to be praying for moisture. Most popular resolutions deal with dieting and getting in better shape.
