Fire department answers several calls

Though the fire whistle blew three times last week, the damage was minimal, with the Stockton Fire Department only having to respond to one call. The first call was on Tuesday, April 4th, at 10:30 a.m.

Sunflower State Spelling Bee held

Corbin Keas (Plainville) represented Rooks County at the Sunflower State Spelling Bee on Saturday, March 25th. The event was at Newman University in Wichita, with 94 spellers from across the state competing.
