The annual dove-hunting season in Kansas begins this Sunday, September 1st and runs until Friday, November 29th. The daily bag limit of 15 applies to mourning and whitewinged doves, single species or in combination.

As hard as it is to believe, this week marks the opening of the Stockton High School fall sports seasons with the football and volleyball teams opening play on Friday.

League Champions.

On Saturday, July 20th, the Creighton family showed Dog Agility at Stockton for the Rooks County Free Fair. Jayana Creighton showed Rocky and received a fourthplace ribbon in Agility I, a third-place ribbon in Agility II, and a second- place ribbon in Agility III.
