Stockton Fire Department responds to three calls

The Stockton Fire Department was called out on Thursday, June 15th, at 6:12 p.m. for an insulator pole on fire due to a power shortage at 216 North Elm (Stockton Methodist Church). The volunteers had the fire out and under control in less than five minutes.

School board holds several executive sessions

Before the Stockton USD 271 Board of Education held six executive sessions to discuss non-elected personnel dealing with resignations, classified staff, certified staff, student matters, and supplementals, starting at 6:45 p.m. and ending at 9:15 p.m.
