Kayla Hilbrink serves her last day as county commissioner
Rooks County Commissioner Kayla Hilbrink’s last day serving in that position was Tuesday, October 31st. Hilbrink recently accepted the position of Stockton City Manager/Clerk and stepped down from her county position.
