Tuesday—Bierock casserole, California blend vegetables, bread, peaches. Wednesday—Diced barbecued chicken, bed of rice, coleslaw, fruit cobbler. Thursday—Goulash, Italian blend vegetables, bread, gelatin with fruit. Friday— Hamburger patty with lettuce, tomato, and onion, three-bean salad, bun, hot cinnamon apples.

The Rooks County Historical Society and Museum will celebrate an important milestone in 2026. On May 3rd, 1986, the official Museum, which archives and displays Rooks County communities and family histories, held the opening dedication ceremony.

The community is invited to connect, ask questions, and stay informed at two events on Tuesday, April 21, at the hospital, 1210 North Washington, in Plainville. A CEO Meet and Greet with new CEO Josh Thaden, who started on March 23, 2026, will begin at 6:45 p.m. The Board Candidate Q&A follows at 7:30 p.m.
