The menus for the Senior Centers in Rooks County for the week beginning Monday, September 28, are as follows: Monday—Chicken strips, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, bread, tropical fruit. Tuesday— Waikiki meatballs, rice, broccoli, bread, applesauce.

Monday—Oatmeal breakfast round, cereal, strawberries, fruit juice, milk. Tuesday—Cereal, cheesestick, rosy applesauce, fruit juice, milk.

The local car club, Plainville Red Line Cruisers, is planning its Fall Cruise Night on Saturday, September 26, in Plainville. The event, which runs from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m., will offer a great evening for car owners and the general public of all ages.

Everyone is invited to the Night of Worship (NOW) at the Stockton Methodist Church of Restoration (204 Elm Street) on Saturday, September 26th.

The regular monthly meeting of the Rooks County Health Center Board of Directors will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd at 6:00 p.m. in the hospital’s meeting room. The public is encouraged to attend.

Monday—Biscuit with jelly, cereal, pears, fruit juice, milk. Tuesday—Yogurt, granola, cereal, mango cup, fruit juice, milk.

Stockton’s city-wide cleanup (city limits only) will be held next week from Monday, September 21st through Friday, September 25th.

The Stockton Food Pantry will be open next Thursday, September 17th from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
