Body The menus for the Walker Senior Center for the week beginning Monday, June 9, are as follows: Monday—Meatballs in gravy, bed of rice, peas and carrots, strawberries and bananas, brownie. Tuesday—Seasoned baked chicken, au gratin potatoes, broccoli, bread, cinnamon apples.

Body You asked for it and it’s back! The Nova Theatre has brought back FREE summer movies on Wednesday afternoons in June. The movies will be at 2:00 p.m.

Body This week, a resurfacing project on a portion of K-18 in Russell County began. The Kansas Department of Transportation project will involve a surface recycle and chip seal on approximately 22 miles of K-18 starting at the west U.S.
