After starting the day off with two wins, the Stockton Lady Tigers ended up placing fourth at the Russell Volleyball Tournament held last Saturday. The Stockton girls went 2-3 on the day, moving their record to 12-4 on the season.
The Stockton Lady Tigers were on the road to Beloit last Tuesday where they suffered their first loss of the season, falling to St. John’s 19-25, 19-25, in the first match of the triangular. The Lady Tigers then came back with an easy win over Pike Valley 25-11, 25-10, to bring their record to 5-1.
The Homecoming game between the Stockton Tigers and Lakeside Knights last Friday evening was won by the visiting Knights, 46-0. The Tigers played their opponents tough throughout the first quarter, with Stockton having a touchdown by Emerson Lowry called back due to a penalty.
