The Stockton Tiger Shark Swim Team concluded their regular season schedule by traveling to Alma, Neb., on Saturday, June 28, to compete in the Alma Swim Meet. The Sharks sent 42 swimmers and came home with 24 first-place finishes (11 Individual and 13 Relays).

Clear skies and low winds brought out the largest turnout of the year for the Tuesday night men’s playing group. Thirty-two players played a 4-man “shamble” on the 1st. Two teams tied for first place with scores of 66. Sponsored by Farm Implement & Supply, the Longest Putt On #7 went to Parker Krob.

The third week of competition for the Stockton Tiger Sharks found the team traveling north to Philipsburg on Saturday, June 21. At this meet, the Sharks sent 48 swimmers who competed in 116 individual events and 32 relays.

Kacen Sederstrom, a 2025 graduate of Goodland High School, capped off a very successful high school career, receiving several post-season baseball honors.

On Tuesday night, June 24th at the Rooks County Golf Course, the men’s playing group had 27 players participating in a 3-man scramble. The randomly drawn teams were pretty even, with three teams tying for first place. The winners were Phil, Tran, Logan, Blake, Bill, Sam, Parker, Hunter, and David.

The Stockton Tiger Sharks competed in their second of four regular season swim meets on Saturday, June 14th—this time at home—at the Stockton Swimming Pool. The Stockton swimmers earned 46 first-place finishes.

Stockton can proudly claim that it is home to some of the best bowlers in the state.

The 3rd Plainville Recreation Junior Golf Camp concluded on Wednesday, June 18th, with a Four-Person Scramble.
