Body The Stockton Tigers earned a strong opening victory in the 2026 Northern Plains League Basketball Tournament last Friday, defeating the Natoma Tigers 56-42 in a play-in matchup at Lincoln. It was the Tigers’ second win in seven days over Natoma.

Body The Stockton Junior High Tigers returned to action in impressive fashion last Thursday, sweeping the Tescott Trojans in a home doubleheader. The Lady Tigers captured a dominant 32-5 victory in A-Team action, while the B Team held on for a hard-fought 10-8 win.

Body The Logan/Palco Junior Trojans welcomed Northern Valley to town on Thursday, January 8, for a doubleheader with the Huskies. In girls action, both Lady Trojan squads battled hard but came up short.

Body The Logan/Palco basketball teams rang in the new year with a trio of road contests, opening the 2026 schedule with trips to Oberlin, Downs, and Grainfield. On Friday, January 2, the Trojans traveled to Oberlin to take on Decatur Community.
