It was a tough night for the Stockton Tiger basketball teams when they played the Trego Golden Eagles in Mid-Continent League basketball action in WaKeeney last Tuesday night. The Stockton girls were defeated in the first game of the evening 64-16, and the Tiger boys fell in the second contest 49-36.
In their first home game of the season last Friday, the Stockton Tigers hosted the TMP Monarchs. The Mid-Continent League contest between the two teams was won by the visitors in both the girls and boys games. The Lady Tigers fell 71-25, while the Tigers boys lost 68-45.
The Stockton Junior High Tigers fell to Russell in Mid-Continent Elementary League varsity boys basketball action last Thursday, December 17, by the score of 51-5. It was the final game of the season for the young Tigers.

Justus Hulse (152) and Rylan Basart (182) both placed first at the 2020 Alan Dolezal Invitational wrestling tournament held last Saturday at Russell. Both Tiger grapplers pinned each of their opponents on their way to standing on top of the podium.
