The Stockton Tigers were in WaKeeney last Friday where they were shut out by the Trego Golden Eagles 58-0. This week the Tigers begin district play, traveling to Hoxie to take on the Indians in a 7:00 p.m. kickoff.

Last Thursday the Stockton Junior High Tigers hosted Wilson with the Tigers coming out on top in both volleyball and football. The Lady Tigers picked up wins in the Aand B-Team matches, winning 25-12, 25-13, and 25-19, 15-25, 15-4, respectively. The C Team was defeated 17-25.

The Stockton Tiger girls placed first as a team of four at the cross country meet hosted by Stockton at Webster State Park last Thursday. The difficult course was made even more challenging for the harriers with the hot temperatures they had to endure that day.
