Body Condolences to the Breckenridge and Bartholomew families in the passing of their aunt, Elma Auchard, 100 years of age, of Bryan, Ohio. Elma graduated from Woodston High School with the Class of 1938. Her sister, Wilma Bartholomew, preceded her in death.

Body Rooks County currently has no active cases of COVID-19 in the county. This week the absenteeism rate is at 0.0% above the baseline from 2019- 2020. The positive testing rate is at 3.1% this week.

Body Last Sunday it was mostly sunny with highs in the mid 70s. Monday the high was in the 50s with partly cloudy skies. Tuesday had partly sunny skies and the highs in the mid 50s. Wednesday was another day in the 50s with mostly cloudy skies.

Body Friday morning we received 6/10 inch of rain/ snow mix, mostly melting as it hit the ground. Our grandson, Josiah Melton, turned 21 last week and will be graduating May 15 from Wichita State University with a major in Marketing Real Estate.
