Body On May 25, at almost 8:30 p.m., Kylee Jo Ashbaugh, 24, of Ellis, was southbound on 3 Rd., a half-mile south of Y Rd., when she struck a cow. Ashbaugh, who was properly restrained, was checked by EMS due to airbag deployment but refused transport.
