Emily Roy of Palco has been named to the Dean’s List for the spring 2022 semester from MidAmerican Nazarene University. All students in traditional programs carrying 12 semester hours or more with a term GPA from 3.2 to 4.0 may qualify for one of these academic honors.

A Graveside Memorial Service for Carol and Gerald Orr of Dallas, Texas will be held on Sunday, May 29th at 2:00 p.m. at the Woodston Cemetery. A reception will follow at the John Jones Family home in Woodston.

The winners of the Sigma Phi ESA Kids Games at the Stockton Peony Festival are as follows: (Hula Hoop): First place in Ages 6 and Under was Finley Peterson with Finn Larson placing second; first place in Ages 7-12 was Maddy Swaney with Remy Muir placing second; first place in Ages 13 and Up was Nathan Glendening with Jalia Creighton placing second. (Sponge Toss): First place in Ages 6 and Under was Finley Peterson with Finn Larson placing second; first place in Ages 7-12 was Hudson Kriley with Remy Muir placing second; first place in Ages 13 and Up was Bryant Muir with Jalia Creighton placing second.

Adreinne Danner of Natoma was recently initiated into The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi, the nation’s oldest and most selective all-discipline collegiate honor society. Danner was initiated at Fort Hays State University.

SAVY GRAY OF STOCKTON competed in Our Diamond Miss Kansas State Pageant on May 21st and 22nd in El Dorado. Savy swept the Diamond Girl Competition winning Overall Diamond Girl, Overall Photogenic, Overall Portfolio, Elegant Miss Model, Elegant State Talent, Elegant Glamour Queen, Kansas State Queen of Queens and a scrapbook award. Savy will be competing at Nationals this July.
