Jack Imel, Woodston, passed away at the Salina Regional Health Center in Salina, Kansas on Monday, January 4, 2021, at the age of 81.

Curt F. Pfannenstiel, age 55, of Hays, passed away Monday, January 4, 2021, at Kansas University Medical Center, Kansas City, Kansas due to COVID-19 complications.

Alan L. Maddox, age 65, passed away Wednesday, December 30, 2020, at St. Catherine Hospital in Garden City, KS.   He was born Feb. 17, 1955 in Hays, the son of Robert and Bethel (Bartlett) Maddox. Alan grew up in Stockton, where he attended schools and graduated from high school in 1973.

Former Stockton resident, Thomas D. Cyre, age 65, entered into rest on Sunday, December 27, 2020, at Mount Joseph Senior Village, Concordia, Kan. He was born November 10, 1955 in Newton, Kan., to Bernard and Loretta (Dallen) Cyre. He was a 1973 graduate of Clay Center High School.

Velma Mae Grimes, 89, of Westmoreland, Kansas, formerly of Woodston and Norton, died Monday, December 21, 2020, at the Onaga Community Hospital. She was born on November 28, 1931, at home in Paradise Kansas, the daughter of ArneyLee and Maude Louise (Dwinelle) Hoopes.

Former Woodston resident, Velma Grimes, age 89, Norton, passed away Monday, December 21, 2020. She was born November 28, 1931. A full obituary will appear once we are able to obtain that information.

Lorna Ruth Murphy Agard, age 75, Ankeny, Iowa, passed away December 14, 2020, at Trinity Center at Luther Park of complications from dementia and aphasia.

Rev. Lyle Miller preached his last sermon to his Cedar Christian Church family on November 29, 2020. Lyle, age 92, passed away December 22 under Hospice care, tended by his children and extended family at his rural Stockton home.

Carolyn K. Metcalf, age 82, Plainville, passed away on Monday, December 21, 2020, at the Rooks County Health Center in Plainville.

Diana Kay Garten, age 60, Pratt, passed away Tuesday, December 22, 2020, at Olathe Medical Center.
