Body Carrol Verne McQueen, Stockton, passed away Wednesday, December 9, 2020 at the Rooks County Health Center in Plainville at the age of 84. He was born on July 27, 1936 in Concordia, Kansas to Verne and Daisy (Huffman) McQueen.

Body Harriet Pauline Jones, age 94, Colorado Springs, Colo., passed away at 3:30 a.m. December 1, 2020, in Colorado Springs. Always known as Pauline, she was born to Erma (Brechbill) and John Dayhoff in Abilene, Kansas on October 16, 1926.

Body Merlyn Edmond (Merl) Desmarteau, age 81, of Surprise, Ariz., passed away on November 25, 2020 after undergoing a heart procedure.

Body Frieda (Hartzler) King Manweiler passed away on November 21, 2020 at Butterfield Trail Village in Fayetteville, Ark., shortly before her 106th birthday, going home to her beloved Lord Jesus Christ.

Body Robert Dean Dix, age 91, passed away on November 26, 2020, at the Solomon Valley Manor in Stockton. He was born on August 27, 1929, in Rooks County, KS to Frank and Bessie (Fitch) Dix. Robert married Maxine Dibble on January 17, 1951, in Kensington.

Body Mitchell “Mitch” James Eichman, age 44, passed away November 26, 2020, at his home in Plainville. He was born on July 31, 1976 in Hays to Jim and Cindy (Hrabe) Eichman. Growing up in Plainville, Mitch graduated from Plainville High School with the Class of 1995.

Body Becky (Richardson) Shunn passed away on Sunday, November 15, 2020, at the Salina Regional Health Center in Salina at the age of 60. She was born on July 15, 1960 to Earl and Colleen (Wangler) Richardson in Plainville. Becky married Scott Shunn in 1996. They later divorced.

Body Connie left our world on the morning of November 7, 2020, and she will be missed. The world was a far better place with her in it. Connie was born the second child of Velma and Kirby Hunt. She had an older brother, Lewis, whom she adored.
