Body Former Stockton man, Andrew Casad, was recently sentenced to four to six decades in prison for sexually assaulting four girls in Lincoln, Nebraska. Casad, 65, pleaded guilty to three counts of first-degree sexual assault and one count of third-degree sexual assault of a child.

Former city manager of Stockton retired Friday, March 31

Body After serving for a total of 43 years as a city manager in the state of Kansas, Richard Nienstedt retired last Friday, March 31st. Nienstedt was city manager in Stockton from March 1983 to December 1989. For the past 16 years, he and his wife, Rita, have called Ottawa home.

DSNWK’s capital campaign goal reached
