Regional wrestling assignments have been announced by the Kansas State High School Activities Association for the boys and girls in classes 1A-6A.

Last Thursday the Stockton Junior High Tigers hosted Lincoln in Pike Trails League basketball action. The Tigers’ B-team boys picked up a win, defeating Lincoln in a close game, 19-17. Stockton’s A-team boys fell 25-15, and the C team lost 8-6.

The roster of invitations for the 51st Kansas Shrine Bowl presented by Mammoth was announced during the annual Kansas Shrine Bowl Selection Show on Monday, January 1st, and Plainville High School’s Mason Hogan was among those receiving an invitation.

The Tiger sports teams for both the high school and junior high in Stockton will return to action next week, kicking off the 2024 portion of their schedules. On Thursday, January 4, the SJH teams will be hosting Lincoln in Pike Trail League action with tipoffs set for 4:30 p.m.

The Stockton Tigers were on the road to Downs last Friday to take on the Lakeside Knights. The Lady Tigers remained undefeated on the season after winning a close game by the score of 36-32.

Last Thursday the Stockton Junior High Basketball Teams traveled to Tescott for Pike Trail League action. The Tigers won both B-Team games, and the Stockton boys also won the C-Team contest.
