Body * Everything seems to be misleading these days. Case in point— went to a name-brand store a few weeks ago with my daughter. On almost every display and clothes racks in the place were signs that read “40% Off Sale.” We even asked the sales lady about the bargains.

Body Speaking of genetics... Last week I shared the story of identical twin sisters who married identical twin brothers and have now each had baby boys that are so genetically similar, the cousins are more like brothers.

Body MY OPINION This push of the green agenda and purchasing electric cars is going to “backfire” big time. First off, who can afford a $40,000.00 to $50,000.00 car? FYI: All the cars I have purchased in my lifetime have yet to reach that total.

Body I love it when a story in the news just makes you go, “Huh?” When a story is so crazy unbelievable that you just have to read it again. This would be one of those stories.

Body Hello, friends! This is the first week of my health column for many of you, so hopefully the rest of my health column veterans of the last nearly four years will bear with me while I introduce myself to others in northwest Kansas.

Body I don’t know of anyone who is not eager for Spring! Hopefully that big snow of last week was the last gasp of winter. Now we need some good spring rain to come through and get the earth to growing.
