Body The sun shone brighter over Maplewood that morning, casting a warm glow over the town's restored cross and newly cleaned church doors. The community had come together, not just to repair what was broken, but to renew their faith in God's protection and love.

Body Prayer is a powerful tool. When we pray to God, we can be assured that He hears our prayer. Proverbs 15:29 tells us that “The Lord is far from the wicked, but he hears the prayer of the righteous.” And while God hears every prayer, his response may not always be what we expect.

Body There will be a government surplus commodities distribution on Monday, July 28th, for those in the Stockton and Plainville areas. The distribution will be held in Stockton on Monday, July 28th, from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. at the VFW Hall.

Body The Council of the City of Woodston met in the Council Chamber at the City Hall on Monday, June 9th, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. Mayor April Yakish called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
