On Wednesday afternoon, June 25, the Kansas Geological Survey reported the first of three minor earthquakes that would rattle the area that day. At precisely 4:18 p.m., a magnitude 3.5 earthquake jolted the ground northeast of Stockton, specifically between 19 & 20 Road and H & I Roads.
