Resting on Main Street

Body
RESTING ON MAIN STREET — This house was on the move from the corner of North First and Ash and will eventually be set on a basement foundation on South Fifth when the concrete work is completed. Andy and Melissa Saaranen purchased this house, which is temporarily parked in the campground where it looks like an oversize camper. Several weeks ago, another house on Ash, just one block north of where this house came from, had been purchased by Steve and Deb Hahn and was moved east of Stockton to be set on some Alvy Beck land. Doing the painstaking job of moving both houses were the Bigge brothers: Doug, Stephen and Curt.
