The menus for the week beginning Monday, January 15, are as follows: Monday—Meatballs, mashed potatoes, peas and carrots, bread, strawberries and bananas. Tuesday—Ham and beans, California blend vegetables, cornbread, cinnamon apples. Wednesday—Goulash, mixed vegetables, bread, tropical fruit. Thursday— Baked chicken, scalloped potatoes, bread, birthday cake with frosting, pineapple. Friday—Cook’s Choice entreé, vegetable, compliment, grain, and fruit.
