Just a reminder that Dad’s Place Damar Café, located at 210 Main Street in Damar, will be open on Saturday, June 19th from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. ONLY, and will be CLOSED for the 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. dinner hours. They will be open for Father’s Day on Sunday, June 20th. Happy Father’s Day!

The auction for the Elaine R. Maddy Trust has been scheduled for Saturday, June 26th at 10:00 a.m. The auction location is at 1285 18 Terrace in Stockton, with Hamit Land & Auction, Inc. to sell the real estate at 12:00 noon.

It’s time to sign up for the Disc Golf Field Day to be held on Friday, July 2nd. The event will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. with a limit of fifteen (15) participants at a cost of $5.00 per player for ages 8 to 13. Please register to sign up at stocktonrec.org by Wednesday, June 30th.

Monday—Pepperoni roll, garden salad, marinara cup, fruit milk. Tuesday—Shepards pie, mixed veggy, fruit, cornbread muffin, milk.

The menus for the week beginning Monday, June 14, are as follows: Monday—Chicken strips, hashbrown casserole, catalina blend vegetables, bread, rosy applesauce. Tuesday—Meatballs in gravy, rice, asparagus, bread, mandarin oranges.

Start up your engines for two big days of the annual Swing into Summer Festival CAR SHOW coming to Stockton next weekend on Friday, June 18th and Saturday, June 19th! There are a lot of activities planned that you won’t want to miss, so here’s the rundown!

An Open House at 1285 18 Terrace in Stockton will be held for the Elaine R. Maddy Trust this Saturday, June 12th at 10:00 a.m. Selling will be a three-acre farmstead including antiques, collectibles, general household items and much more. The auction is set for Saturday, June 26th.

Home Cookin’ will be closed next week on Sunday, June 13th and Wednesday, June 16th, but will reopen on the Sunday, June 20th. Please check out their ad located elsewhere in this edition for more information.
