Body The public is invited to attend the Rooks County Storm Spotter Training on Tuesday, March 7th. The event is at Stockton City Hall (115 South Walnut) at 6:30 p.m.

Body The Stockton Farmers Union Mercantile & Shipping Association’s Annual Expo (323 South Cedar) is Thursday, March 2nd, and Friday, March 3rd. The event will be held from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Cookies will be served on both days.

Body Kansas Severe Weather Awareness Week is March 6th through March 10th. So take this coming week to refresh yourself on what to do about hazards like tornadoes, damaging winds, large hail, and flash flooding, all of which inevitably impact Kansas yearly.
