Body The Sentinel will require early copy for our June 1st issue because of the Memorial Day holiday on Monday, May 29th. The Sentinel office will be closed for the holiday, but we will print as usual on Wednesday morning, so there will NOT be an early issue, we just need early copy!

Body The Monroe-Taylor-Barnes V.F.W. Post 8873 in Stockton encourages all veterans (members and non-members) and Auxiliary members to fall out on Memorial Day, May 29th.

Body There will be a government surplus commodities distribution on Monday, May 22nd, for those in the Stockton and Plainville areas. The distribution will be held in Stockton on Monday, May 22nd, from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. at the VFW Hall.

Body It’s city-wide garage sale time! Stockton is once again participating in the annual Highway 24 Garage Sale. The three-day event runs from Friday through Sunday, June 2nd, 3rd, and 4th.
