The menus for the week beginning Monday, July 15, are as follows: Monday—Swiss steak with tomatoes, mashed potatoes, peas and carrots, bread, pineapple. Tuesday—Oven-baked chicken, baked potato, peas and carrots, bread, ambrosia salad. Wednesday—Pasta salad with ham, club crackers, tropical fruit. Thursday— Turkey ala king, antigua blend vegetables, biscuit, strawberry short cake, gelatin with fruit. Friday— Tater tot casserole, brussel sprouts, bread, watermelon.
