It’s time once again for the Holiday Mall! This marks the ninth year of this annual event at Stockton City Hall located at 115 South Walnut. The doors will open at 9:00 a.m. and will stay open until 3:00 p.m. So here is your chance to start your Christmas

The menus for the week beginning Monday, December 6, are are follows: Monday—Beef fritter, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, bread, mixed fruit. Tuesday—Ham and beans, carrot/ raisin salad, cornbread, pineapple. Wednesday—Roast pork in gravy, mashed potatoes, cabbage, carrots, onions, bread, rosy applesauce. Thursday—Liver and onions in gravy, mashed potatoes, beets, bread, peaches. Friday—Taco burger with lettuce, tomato and cheese, Mexicali corn, bun, pears.

The Stockton Area Chamber of Commerce, Rudolph and Santa have plenty of Christmas Promotions for our local shoppers this December! The Passport to Shop Stockton Promotion has already begun with the first drawing held on Tuesday, November 30th! Rudolph dropped off Ppssports for this promotion at some of the Chamber businesses—just look for “Passports Available Here” signs in the window. Once you get a passport, keep track of original receipts from ANY Stockton business.

The Sacred Heart Home and School is presenting a New Year’s Eve Escape Celebration set for Friday, December 31, 2021 at the Sacred Heart Grade School in Plainville. The doors will open at 5:00 p.m. with the evening’s lineup including a meal, drinks and stage entertainment followed by a dance.

The menus for the week beginning Monday, November 29, are as follows: Monday—Chicken strips, scalloped potatoes, peas and carrots, bread, rosy pears. Tuesday— Chili, pineapple, crackers, cinnamon roll. Wednesday through Friday’s menu was not made available prior to press time.
