The menus for the week beginning Monday, April 11, are as follows: Monday—Polish sausage with kraut, mashed potatoes, peas, bread, mixed fruit. Tuesday—Ground beef vegetable soup, pudding, crackers, strawberries. Wednesday—Turkey tetrazzini, broccoli, bread, fruit cobbler. Thursday— Liver and onions in gravy, mashed potatoes, aspragus, bread, rosy applesauce. Friday—Baked fish, macaroni and cheese, mixed vegetables, bread, ambrosia salad.
